Κατά την αναβάθμιση του Owncloud σε 8 ή 8.0.2 μπορεί να πάρουμε το error
.htaccess file has the wrong version. Please upload the correct version. Maybe you forgot to replace it after updating?
To έλυσα πηγαίνοντας στο

sudo nano /var/www/owncloud/.htaccess
και την 1η σειρά την κάνω από  #8.0.0   σε  #8.0.2

ή
cd /var/www/owncloud
sudo cp .htaccess .htaccess.backup
sudo nano .htaccess
και την 1η σειρά την κάνω από  #8.0.0   σε  #8.0.2
